The standard teppanyaki menu item, omu soba, is a popular dish at our restaurant.The yakisoba noodles are wrapped in an omelette made with a generous amount of soft-boiled eggs, creating a dish with a fantastic texture and flavor. Try it with okonomiyaki or monjayaki!
